General use & setup

Login

Enter your username and password and tap “Log in“ button

Select the store you wish to use on this terminal (can be changed later on)

Wait for the store to be connected

Start using the app


Change app language

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Settings“ option in the menu

  3. Select the “Language“ option from the list

  4. Choose a language you want to use


Setup or change store

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Settings“ option in the menu

  3. Select the “Active store“ option from the list

  4. Tap on the “+“ icon in the top right corner

  5. Choose a store you want to use

  6. Wait for the store to be connected

  7. Continue using the app with the changed store


View terminal information

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Settings“ option in the menu

  3. Select the “App info“ option from the list


    4. Browse terminal information


Reload configuration

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Settings“ option in the menu

  3. Select the “Reload config“ option from the list

  4. You’ll be prompted with the dialog. To continue, tap “Continue“, otherwise, tap “Close“


Release Terminal

Releasing a terminal will release any terminal IDs which has been connected to the current app installed on a device. For example this should be used when a device needs to be replaced, as this will make the terminal ID provided by the acquirer available to use on a new installation.

Note: This is not needed if the only payment processor used is Nets.

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Settings“ option in the menu

  3. Select the “Release Terminal“ option from the list

  4. Select "Continue" to approve the release and receive confirmation


Payments

Perform a purchase

  1. Enter the purchase amount using the keyboard and tap the button with the “→“ icon.

  2. Instruct the cardholder to tap their payment card as per UI instructions

  3. For larger amounts, a PIN screen will be presented. Cardholder needs to enter their PIN code and tap a button with the “→“ icon to proceed.

  4. The app shows a result screen.

  5. The cardholder can choose to receive the receipt via email by clicking on a “Receipt“ button


Perform a refund

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Refund“ option in the menu

  3. Enter the refund amount using the keyboard and tap the button with the “→“ icon.

  4. Instruct the cardholder to tap their payment card as per UI instructions

  5. The app shows a result screen.

  6. The cardholder can choose to receive the receipt via email by clicking on a “Receipt“ button


Using co-branded cards

  1. On the “Tap card“ screen, tap the icon in the top right corner

  2. Instruct the cardholder to tap the card

  3. The UI updates and shows available cards that can be used for this transaction and cardholders need to select one of them

  4. The cardholder taps the same card again

  5. Transaction proceeds as usual (see Perform a purchase)


Transactions & reports

See your past transactions

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Transactions“ option in the menu

  3. View your transactions from the past 10 days in this list

  4. If you wish to see a single transaction, tap on it in the list


Cancel a transaction

Only the last transaction processed not more than 15 minutes ago can be canceled.

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Transactions“ option in the menu

  3. Select the transaction you wish to cancel from the list

  4. Tap the “Cancel transaction“ button

  5. Confirm cancelation


Daily reports

  1. Open the drawer menu by clicking on an icon in the top-left corner

  2. Select the “Daily reports“ option in the menu

  3. See the reports from the past 10 days in the list

  4. Select the report you wish to see from the list
