Softpay uses a single username and a password at "merchant" level.
In Softpay the hierarchy is:
Merchant
Store(s)
Terminal(s)
This means that the same login (username+password) is used to set up all terminals in all stores belonging to that same merchant.
Some partners and resellers may choose to create individual merchants for each store. In that case you should expect to receive multiple sets of username+password. In case you have any doubts in this regard, please reach out to the partner reseller.
As a general rule partners and resellers provide the login information required.
Please note that for customers purchasing Softpay through a reseller, the customer must reach out to the reseller as Softpay Support is not able to directly assist the customer on this matter.
