No matter whether a merchant has one or multiple stores, all stores share the same Softpay app (merchant) credentials for logging in to Softpay.
App credentials are tied to the merchant, not to stores.
Once an app is set up (logged in), the credentials are no longer used.
A password reset does not affect any previously set up apps, only future logins.
It is not possible to create separate logins for stores under the same merchant.
Softpay Hierarchy (Merchant → Store → Terminal)
Softpay operates with a three-layer hierarchy: Merchant-Store-Terminal, as shown in the figure below.
Merchant = the main entity
Store = each distinct sales location
Terminal = individual Softpay app installations
